Job summary

Site Manager opportunity with a leading Tier 1 contractor on a healthcare construction project at Catterick Garrison. You will oversee internal works, coordinate multiple subcontractors, maintain safety standards and ensure the programme stays on track.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality outcomes safely, working closely with the Project Manager and site team, with a 9-month duration and daily rate £280-£320.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing internal works packages.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and company procedures.
• Manage programme delivery and monitor progress against project timelines.
• Maintain high quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team.
• Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks and progress reporting.
• Manage logistics, materials and site resources effectively.
