Job summary

phs Group Limited is seeking a Healthcare Service Driver in Brighton to join our team. The role involves following pre-planned daily routes to collect and safely handle healthcare waste, service hygiene products, and complete compliance documentation while providing professional customer service.

You will work a 40-hour week, with a 6am–6pm window, 40 hours guaranteed, and a range of benefits including a company vehicle, bonus scheme, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, and access to wellbeing

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence held 12+ months.
• Maximum 6 points with no DR/DD/CD/TT/IN/AC endorsements in last 5 years.
• Available to work 6am–6pm, 40 hours per week.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and professional.
• Good attention to detail.

Healthcare Service Driver - Brighton £12.81 per hour £26,639 + Bonus (OTE £27,839) per year 40 hours guaranteed Permanent Monday to Friday No scheduled weekends

The Healthcare Service Driver role at phs will involve:

You'll follow a pre-planned daily route visiting healthcare and commercial customers to:

• Collect and safely handle healthcare waste (including sharps and pharmaceutical waste)
• Service and replace hygiene products within customer premises
• Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based)
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service
• Return to the depot daily to unload collected waste

Routes and schedules are centrally planned to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance. This is a physically active role suited to someone who prefers being on the move.

The ideal candidate for a Healthcare Service Driver at phs will have:

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (held 12+ months)
• Maximum 6 points (no DR/DD/CD/TT/IN/AC endorsements in last 5 years)
• Able to work within a 6am 6pm window (40 hours per week)
