Skylight Psychiatry is a forward-thinking mental health service delivering person-centred assessment, care and support. We seek an organised Administrative Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support the Reports team with preparing client reports, including Autism and ADHD diagnostic reports, while maintaining confidentiality and high attention to detail.

The role is hybrid, mostly home-based with occasional office attendance in Basingstoke; you should be proficient in MS Word/Excel

Qualifications

• Administrative experience is helpful, ideally in a healthcare setting.
• The role requires strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and new systems.

Responsibilities

• Report preparation: collate and proofread reports from healthcare professionals, including Autism/ADHD diagnostic reports.
• Liaise with team members to understand service needs.
• Support ad hoc administrative tasks as directed by Clinical Director.
