Job Description:

Health Regulatory / Advisory / Court of Protection Solicitor sought by a commercial law firm in London. Paying approximately 80k.

The FIRM:

A highly-regarded full-service commercial law firm with a strong regional and national reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice.

The ROLE:

The work is varied, including providing expert advice to healthcare professionals on NHS, professional discipline (regulatory), and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, inquests, or defending clinical negligence claims.

The firm has an established team and is looking to add an experienced Solicitor, preferably focusing on Healthcare Regulatory and Court of Protection work.

THE CANDIDATE:

Ideally, candidates will have at least 2PQE+ in Healthcare Advisory and/or Court of Protection work.
