Regional Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for healthcare refurbishment projects in the Midlands. You will lead live healthcare sites, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and adherence to NHS requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry.
• Extensive healthcare refurbishment experience.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
• CSCS Black or Gold Card.
• First Aid at Work Certificate.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations on healthcare refurbishment projects.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintaining programme schedules and ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Managing works within live healthcare environments while minimising disruption to patients, staff, and visitors.
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality standards are maintained at all times.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies, and NHS site requirements.
• Managing site documentation, permits, RAMS, and project reporting.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, project managers, and end users throughout project delivery.
• Monitoring labour, materials, and project costs against budget.
• Leading site meetings and providing regular progress updates to senior management.
• Identifying and resolving site issues to prevent delays.
• Maintaining housekeeping and professionalism on site.
• Assisting with project handovers and snagging duties.
