The role

Award-winning recruitment agency PE Global Healthcare is currently looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our Acute/General Nursing team based in our stunning Central London Office in London Bridge.

Duties of the role include:

• Dealing with healthcare opportunities within our Nursing division
• Developing new and existing client relationships
• Sourcing candidates via job portals, internal database, social media platforms, and personal networks
• Managing candidate experience from design to onboarding
• Creating job postings, descriptions, and requirements
• Participating in various recruitment stages including scheduling interviews, reference checks, medicals, and onboarding
• Managing large-scale client accounts
• Maintaining accurate records in the internal database
• Providing excellent customer service to managers and candidates

The successful candidate should have experience in:

• Sales or industry experience
• Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and online resources like Indeed, LinkedIn, Staff Nurse, and CV Library
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging decision makers
• A positive, sociable attitude and a strong work ethic
