Job summary

Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment Agency & Contract Staffing is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer for a 6-month engagement in Glasgow, with two days per week onsite. You'll own features from design to production across React/TypeScript frontend and Python/FastAPI backend, in a security-conscious healthcare data platform.

You'll work on a modern stack including React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, Docker, and cloud deployments, building robust APIs, data schemas, and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in Python and FastAPI API development and data validation.
• Production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong PostgreSQL relational modelling and migrations.
• Experience with automated testing (Pytest, Jest, Playwright or Cypress).
• CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (GCP preferred).
• Familiarity with secure authentication (OAuth2/OIDC/JWT) and working with regulated data.
