You will collaborate with consultants, GP practices, businesses, and community groups to develop growth opportunities and raise the hospital's profile.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, account management or business development in healthcare or similar sector.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Experience organising events and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Strong social media, digital marketing and content creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver local growth initiatives to boost patient activity and consultant development.
• Build and maintain relationships with GP practices, businesses and community organisations.
• Identify and secure new partnership opportunities to support hospital growth.
• Represent the hospital at networking events and community activities.
• Organise events and CPD programmes for healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate local marketing campaigns, PR opportunities and promotional activities.
• Monitor performance and engagement metrics to drive improvement.
