Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver local growth initiatives to boost patient activity and consultant practice.
• Build strong relationships with GP practices, healthcare professionals, businesses and community organisations.
• Identify and secure new partnership opportunities for hospital growth.
• Represent the hospital at networking events and community activities.
• Organise consultant events, CPD programmes, and educational evenings.
• Support consultants in raising their profile and patient engagement.
• Manage local social media and content showcasing consultants and services.
• Coordinate local marketing campaigns, advertorials and promotions.
• Champion patient reviews to strengthen reputation.
• Support internal communications and colleague engagement.
• Collaborate with operations to keep patient experience central.
• Monitor performance and engagement metrics for continuous improvement.
