Healthcare Partnership Manager – Biosimilars - South

Our client is committed to improving lives of patients by providing and enhancing the specialty and hospital medicines they depend on. The company manages over 180 well-established products across more than 80 countries, with expertise in therapeutic areas including critical care, anti-infectives, endocrinology, oncology, and rare diseases. They are a preferred partner for the commercialization of specialty and hospital pharmaceuticals.

The Healthcare Partnership Manager (HPM) is responsible for the adoption, awareness, and market access of brands within allocated health economies.

The HPM acts as the single point of contact, working across Trusts, ICBs, and HBs, building relationships with healthcare professionals, payors, and stakeholders involved with biosimilars and tendered products.

This role requires a deep understanding of the biosimilar landscape and tendering processes to strategically position hospital and biosimilar brands as the products of choice.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Pharmaceutical sales experience with key stakeholders across ICSs/ICBs/HBs
  • Experience in building and executing account plans with successful outcomes
  • Strong networks within disease areas and healthcare structures
  • Experience supporting patient pathway design
  • Knowledge of ICB and HB structures, decision-making, and reimbursement processes
  • Understanding of the prescription medicines market, formulary processes, and healthcare systems
  • Sales strategies for formulary inclusion and sales growth
  • Market analysis and competitor intelligence skills
  • Account management and relationship-building skills
  • Negotiation and influencing abilities to achieve mutual benefits
  • Customer-focused approach, tailoring solutions to meet needs
