An established industry player is seeking a Healthcare Operational Support Consultant to provide essential 2nd Line Application Management Support. This role is crucial in maintaining NHS Breast Screening Units across England, directly impacting patient care. You will engage in both technical and functional support while managing project work related to integrations and server upgrades. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and experience with PACS. As a Technical Support Consultant, you'll provide crucial 2nd Line Application Management Support that helps keep NHS Breast Screening Units operational throughout England, meaning the work you do could help to save lives.
As well as providing both technical and functional support, there will also be occasional project work including integrations, server upgrades, application management, and change management.
Ideally, you’ll be based in London, as you will be required to be in the office a certain number of days per week (depending on the rota/business needs - we work Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 17:30), but you can work from home for the rest.
What you'll bring
Note: Successful applicants will be required to pass Security Check (SC) clearance for this role. In order to be considered, you must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.
