Job summary

The role is office-based with occasional customer travel and requires strong telephone selling and relationship-building skills. You will generate opportunities from campaigns and enquiries, convert leads into orders, support pricing and tender submissions, and work closely with the external sales team, customer service,

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in sales.
• Strong telephone selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth through proactive telephone and digital engagement across NHS, private healthcare, mobility, orthotics and distributor customers.
• Generate new opportunities from marketing campaigns, enquiries and prospecting; follow up leads and convert into orders.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the product range.
• Support regional growth plans with Territory Managers and manage smaller accounts that do not require field visits.
• Arrange customer appointments and support sales campaigns and new product launches.
• Prepare and follow up quotations, track conversion rates and support pricing proposals and tender submissions.
• This is a varied role offering a blend of account management, sales development and sales support.
