Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated cleaning operative to join our teams delivering high-quality cleaning services across community hospitals and health centres in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

You will work on-site in hospitals, clinics, wards and offices, following national standards and the Trust's cleaning plan in collaboration with infection control teams to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping within healthcare settings.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and willing to work weekends or unsocial hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fully comprehensive cleaning service to NHS standards.
• Clean across hospitals, clinics, wards, theatres, and offices.
• Follow schedules and procedures and use specialised cleaning equipment.
• Relay information that may impact other services.
• Work with clinical and infection control teams.
