Job summary

The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the Housekeeping team at Cannock Chase Hospital to undertake cleaning duties across Trust sites in line with the National specification for Cleanliness for the NHS.

Previous hospital experience is not essential but experience of cleaning duties and an understanding of cross infection issues is desirable, and the Trust offers flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out cleaning duties and an understanding of cross infection issues is desirable.
• Previous hospital experience is not essential but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of the Housekeeping team to undertake daily cleaning tasks across Trust sites.
• Provide routine information to colleagues, ward staff and Supervisor.
• Organise day-to-day work to ensure cleanliness standards are met and documentation is completed.
