Costello Medical is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. You will lead in producing brand visuals, infographics, and event materials for healthcare clients, with opportunities to work on motion and digital projects.

You’ll collaborate across design and project management, shaping project scope, and delivering high-quality materials with autonomy in a fast-paced environment. The role blends office and home-based work after probation.

Qualifications

• Design-related degree and an innovative portfolio.
• Experience in an agency or commercial environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content: infographics, posters, event materials and other design pieces for internal teams and external clients.
• Collaborate with creative colleagues and project managers to determine design scope and approach.
• Clearly communicate project requirements to teams and provide input on technical queries.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high quality.
• Provide excellent client service and build strong partnerships with internal and external teams.
