Costello Medical is seeking a Graphic Designer to lead diverse creative projects for healthcare clients, from concept to production. You will develop brand assets, infographics, event materials, and potentially motion/digital work while maintaining high visual standards.

Role combines autonomy with collaboration across designers, PMs and clients. Hybrid working allowed after probation; salary £28,000–£33,000 outside London, with London band £28,860–£33,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in design with a strong portfolio required.
• Agency or commercial design experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator required.
• Ability to generate and oversee a variety of creative concepts.
• Excellent communication and time management essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content, including infographics, posters and event materials.
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope and approach at project outset.
• Communicate requirements clearly to project teams and respond to technical queries.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget with high quality.
• Support both commercial and pro bono work for charities and public sector where appropriate.
