Job summary

Costello Medical is seeking a Graphic Designer to deliver diverse visual projects for healthcare clients, including brand work, infographics, and event materials. You will collaborate across teams to define scope and ensure high-quality production from concept to final output.

Hybrid working with generous benefits, including private medical insurance, study leave funding, and a discretionary profit share. A design degree with a strong portfolio and agency experience are essential.

Qualifications

• A degree in a design-related discipline with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience in an agency or commercial environment.
• Extensive experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
• Ability to generate, execute and oversee multiple creative concepts.
• Excellent presentation and client communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop a variety of visually engaging materials including infographics, posters and event materials.
• Collaborate with creative colleagues and project managers to define design scope and approach.
• Communicate project requirements clearly and provide input on technical queries.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget with high quality.
• Support pro bono and charity projects in addition to commercial work.
