Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive contractual assurance, governance and compliance for PFI hand back. You will act as technical lead on obligations, lifecycle compliance and survey outputs, collaborating with operations and commercial teams to ensure assets and services meet contractual standards at expiry.

You will identify risks, mitigate issues and support best practice across contract management and compliance activities within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is essential.
• Estates or technical FM background within Facilities Management.
• Healthcare sector experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial compliance framework across PFI services.
• Act as SME for contract management best practice.
• Support training and guidance on contract interpretation, SLAs, KPIs and payment mechanisms.
• Monitor compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Conduct audits of service delivery, documentation and processes.
• Coordinate review of Survey Deed obligations.
• Identify gaps, risks and improvement plans.
• Review lifecycle submissions and commercial proposals and produce compliance reports.
