Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Support Services Manager to lead the facilities and maintenance across Barnet Lane Complex Care and Recovery Service in Elstree. You will work 37.5 hours per week, oversee audits, and coordinate contractors to keep the site safe and compliant.

As part of the Senior Management Team, you will report to the Registered Manager and support catering, housekeeping, and service operations while maintaining strong safety standards and accurate record keeping.

Qualifications

• Must be able to plan and execute Planned Preventative Maintenance and audits.
• Experience coordinating contractors and managing on-site work.
• Strong health and safety awareness and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities are fit for purpose and safe for residents and staff.
• Plan and respond to Planned Preventative Maintenance and emergencies.
• Audit daily activities, review work sheets, prioritize tasks and supervise on-site contractors.
