Job summary

Circle Health Group Decontamination is seeking a Bank Driver in Radlett to collect contaminated trolleys from hospitals and clinics and deliver them to our decontamination facility. You will return clean trolleys to clinical departments in a timely, courteous manner and perform daily vehicle checks.

This as-needed role covers day and night shifts across the region; a clean UK Cat B driving licence and van driving experience are essential.

Qualifications

• A full, clean UK driving licence (Cat B) with entitlement to operate vehicles up to 3.5t.
• Proven experience driving vans with tail lifts, ideally in healthcare.
• Comfortable with urban and rural driving, weather and time pressure.
• Good reading of route instructions and ability to complete delivery logs.

Responsibilities

• Collect contaminated trolleys from hospitals and clinics and deliver to the CHG decontamination facility.
• Return clean trolleys with reprocessed scopes/instruments to clinical departments safely and promptly.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report defects; maintain vehicle hygiene and safety.
• Act as a communication link between customers and the decontamination unit; relay queries.
• Maintain professional conduct and build positive relations with hospital staff.
