Job summary

Circle Decontamination - Aylesford is recruiting a Driver for a full-time 37.5 hour week. The role involves collecting contaminated trolleys from hospitals, delivering them to the CHG decontamination facility, and returning cleaned trolleys to clinical departments on time.

You will operate vehicles up to 3.5t with tail lifts, maintain schedules, and provide courteous service across urban and rural routes. A full UK driving licence (B) and safety training are required.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence (B) required.
• Experience driving vans with tail lifts in a healthcare or commercial setting preferred.
• Ability to drive in urban and rural environments under time pressure.
• Ability to carry out manual handling safely with appropriate training.

Responsibilities

• Collect contaminated trolleys from hospitals and clinics and deliver to CHG decontamination facility.
• Return clean trolleys containing reprocessed scopes and instruments to clinical departments safely and promptly.
• Operate vehicles up to 3.5t with tail lifts in accordance with road safety regulations.
• Maintain daily delivery schedules and time-sensitive routes with excellent customer service.
