Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of related consulting and healthcare industry experience.
• Excellent project management and client-influencing skills.
• In-depth understanding of IQVIA data assets and core offerings.
• Ability to work across teams to achieve goals.
• Experience building relationships with senior client managers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Manages project teams including internal and external resources for client solutions.
• Leads requirement review and develops costed proposals for profitability and client satisfaction.
• Manages proposal preparation and bid integrity.
• Develops project plans with timelines and deliverables, delivering on time and budget.
• Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to problems.
• Acts as key client contact and delivers findings to stakeholders.
• Identifies follow-on work and new leads to grow opportunities.
• Provides post-delivery follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Mentors and shares expertise to raise delivery capabilities.
