Cloud21 Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager with extensive experience in client relationship management and business development within the healthcare sector.

The role focuses on digital transformation across NHS and healthcare organisations that primarily work with Epic, and involves building strong partnerships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders. You will extend and deepen strategic partnerships with existing clients while identifying new engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management and business development is preferred.
• Strong healthcare sector knowledge and advisory capabilities.
• Ability to articulate complex strategic challenges to C-suite executives.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic client relationships aligned with our growth strategy.
• Design and execute business development campaigns with Practice Leaders and delivery teams.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with healthcare executives and influence strategic decisions at senior levels.
• Develop strategic engagement plans for priority clients and drive market development initiatives.
• Qualify and prioritise opportunities to optimise resources and consulting engagements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare trends and competitive landscape to position Cloud21's advisory capabilities.
