Job summary

Castle Peak Group seeks a high-calibre Non-Executive Director to guide digital strategy, technology and organisational transformation within a major healthcare organisation delivering hospital and community services.

The role requires strategic governance leadership at Board level with a focus on digital, data and technology-enabled performance improvement across complex stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Significant first-hand experience developing and executing digital systems strategy.
• Senior leadership or Board-level experience within a large organisation.
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation and organisational change.
• Strong governance understanding with the ability to balance quality, performance and financial considerations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to challenge constructively.
• Experience of working with complex stakeholders and promoting accountability.
• Experience at board level or equivalent governance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent judgement and strategic advice across the full range of Board responsibilities.
• Lead oversight of digital, technology and data initiatives.
• Contribute to governance, risk management and quality and performance improvements.
• Support the development and delivery of the digital agenda and oversee related committees.
• Collaborate with the Chair and Executive Directors to drive organisational transformation.
