Job summary

GCHQ is seeking a Non-Executive Director with extensive experience in digital delivery and governance to join its Board. You will contribute strategic advice, provide independent challenge, and support executive leadership in a high-security environment across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience at board/executive level in a large, complex organisation.
• Leadership within a technologically advanced environment and technical industry experience.
• Delivering major digital transformation and able to challenge strategic technology challenges.
• Record of achievement in digital/tech improvement, innovation and R&D.
• Experience leading large operations through change including people and culture.
• Experience mentoring Directors and delivering EDI initiatives.

• Offer external views on large digital transformations and AI adoption at scale.
