The NHS South West London Recruitment Hub is seeking a skilled testing analyst to join the Digital Team at St George’s, Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals. You will undertake application testing for digital projects and work with Cerner-based systems to ensure safe and effective use of new applications.

Strong communication and attention to detail are essential as you collaborate with change managers and end-users. Prior NHS experience and familiarity with Cerner are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Testing qualifications include ISTQB or equivalent and testing qualifications.
• Experience as testing analyst or systems administration in healthcare is essential.
• Knowledge of Cerner applications and NHS IT systems is required.

Responsabilités

• Act as a point of contact for staff needing testing assistance across the trust.
• Write and verify test scripts against product specifications and user expectations.
• Identify defects, document issues for replication, and escalate where patient safety is affected.
• Track supplier progress and perform root cause analysis for user incidents.
