Job summary

South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to support the EMIS EPR Programme. The role focuses on ensuring that patient information moved into EMIS is accurate, complete and reliable to support safe clinical practice and robust reporting.

The post holder will work with the EPR Data Migration Manager and Data Quality Lead, plus operational teams to investigate data quality concerns, improve processes, and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in data quality or reporting is helpful.
• Interest in improving data quality and confidence with IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Data quality checking and investigating data quality concerns with clinical/operational teams.
• Reporting and analysis to support safe clinical practice and robust reporting.
• Improve processes and monitor progress within the EMIS EPR Programme.
• Support the EPR Data Migration Manager and Data Quality Lead and raise awareness of timely, accurate data.
