wawa fertility in London is seeking a Data Engineer to build and maintain the data layer powering our fertility platform. You’ll design end-to-end data pipelines from EMR and clinic systems, model data into a canonical warehouse, and deliver analytics-ready datasets.

You’ll collaborate with engineers and clinicians to migrate data, address complex healthcare data challenges, and scale the platform across 14+ countries. This hybrid role requires 3 days in Paddington.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python for production data pipelines.
• Experience with clinical healthcare datasets and standards (OMOP is a plus).
• Proficiency in data modeling and ETL design.
• Ability to work with clinics and external stakeholders to deliver reliable datasets.

Responsabilités

• Design and ship end-to-end data pipelines from EMR and clinic sources to a canonical data layer and analytics-ready datasets.
• Migrate and validate data from clients' old EMR systems to wawa, guiding customers through complex data migrations.
• Tackle complex healthcare data problems daily: heterogeneous data, schema mapping, data quality and multi-country compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers and clinicians to deliver accurate, well-documented datasets and metrics.
• Shape data architecture and engineering culture across 14+ countries.
