Job summary

Pyramid8 is recruiting a Customer Services Team Leader to join a leading healthcare provider delivering NHS-funded services. You will lead a multi‑skilled team across two sites, Normanton and Pontefract, and stay hands‑on with reception, calls and referrals while driving performance and patient experience.

This hands‑on leadership role focuses on coaching, developing staff and delivering outstanding service in a busy healthcare environment. Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a customer service team.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• The ability to motivate others and manage competing priorities.
• You will need to be flexible and pro‑active.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the Customer Services Team.
• Provide hands‑on support with calls, reception and referrals when required.
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve patient access and customer experience.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure services run smoothly and efficiently.
• Train, Develop and Coach new and existing staff
• Help create a positive, supportive and high‑performing team culture.
• Help design training manuals and look at improvements to process
