The Role
At Co-op Academy Grange, we are committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment where students’ health and well-being are prioritised.
As a Healthcare Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support the medical needs of students, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the school day.
You will be responsible for administering first aid, managing medical records, and responding to any medical emergencies. In addition, you will support students with specific health needs, liaise with parents and healthcare professionals, and help implement health care plans to ensure that each child receives the appropriate care.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, organised, and confident in their ability to manage medical situations in a school setting. You should have strong first aid and healthcare knowledge, be able to remain calm under pressure, and be committed to ensuring that students’ health needs are always met in a professional and caring manner.
