Tempest Jones is supporting a leading international construction and property consultancy with appointments across its growing Healthcare Project Management team in Yorkshire. You will manage healthcare projects through lifecycle stages, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and NHS Trusts in a major regional programme.

Qualificações

• Experience managing construction or healthcare projects within a consultancy or client organisation.
• Background in built environment sectors with ability to transfer to healthcare.
• Strong delivery and stakeholder management skills.
• Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and effective client liaison.

Responsabilidades

• Manage healthcare projects through lifecycle stages from feasibility to completion.
• Establish objectives, programmes and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams.
• Monitor programme, risk, change and project governance.
• Support procurement and appointment processes.
• Report project performance clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with NHS Trusts and wider project stakeholders.
• Identify issues early and drive appropriate solutions.
• Mentor developing Project Managers; at Associate level take greater responsibility.
