Our client is a global insurance law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting a Healthcare / Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 0-4 years PQE to join their Healthcare team in Portsmouth, or other UK offices. The firm offers hybrid working and a competitive salary based on experience.
Your new role
You will handle your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from start to finish on behalf of NHS Resolution, providing expert legal advice, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating case documents.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 0-4 years PQE. Applicants with more experience are encouraged to apply. Experience with high-volume clinical negligence caseloads, strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiating skills are essential. Both claimant and defendant backgrounds considered.
