Your new role

This role involves handling your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from start to finish on behalf of NHS Resolution. You will provide expert legal advice on clinical negligence claims, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating case documents.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 0-4 years PQE. Those with more experience are encouraged to apply.
