Your new company
Our client is a global insurance law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting a Healthcare / Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 0-4 years PQE to join their Healthcare team in Nottingham. The firm offers hybrid working and a competitive salary dependent on experience.

Your new role
You will handle your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to conclusion on behalf of NHS Resolution. Providing expert legal advice on clinical negligence claims, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating case documents.

What you'll need to succeed
Qualified solicitor / chartered legal executive with ideally 0-4 years PQE. Experience handling your own high-volume clinical negligence caseload is essential. Strong advocacy skills and excellent drafting/negotiating ability are required. Applicants from claimant or defendant backgrounds will be considered.
