Your new company
Our client is a reputable claimant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting a Clinical Negligence Lawyer with 0-3 years PQE to join their Nottingham office. This is primarily a remote working role with occasional attendance at the office for training twice a year.

Your new role
You will handle your own caseload of clinical negligence cases from inception to trial, including litigated and pre-litigated claims of a fast and multi-track nature. You will also assist senior team members with more complex, higher-value cases.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with 0-3 years PQE. Experience assisting on clinical negligence matters is essential. Experience managing your own claimant clinical negligence caseload is beneficial.
