Our client is a global insurance law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting a Healthcare / Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 0-4 years PQE to join their Healthcare team in Gloucester. The firm offers hybrid working and a competitive salary based on experience.
Your new role
You will handle your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to conclusion on behalf of NHS Resolution. You will provide expert legal advice on clinical negligence claims, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating case documents.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with ideally 0-4 years PQE. Applicants with more experience are encouraged to apply. Experience handling high-volume clinical negligence caseloads is essential. Strong advocacy skills and excellent drafting and negotiating abilities are required. Applicants from claimant or defendant backgrounds will be considered.
