Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Team Leader at Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley. The permanent, full-time role involves roster management, leading a cleaning team, and ensuring contractual standards in a healthcare setting. Salary is £24,798 per annum for 30 hours per week, with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

You will oversee audits, staff development, health and safety compliance, and budget adherence while delivering high-quality cleaning services on site.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred; training will be provided.
• Experience in Industrial/Healthcare cleaning is advantageous.
• Strong communication across all levels and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Produce audit improvement plans and attend cleaning audits.
• Manage rosters and ensure appropriate cover and budget adherence.
• Oversee staff competency checks and HR matters within the zone.
• Deliver toolbox talks on healthcare cleaning, health, safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain site documentation and mitigation of issues through action plans.
