As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Bid Writer to join our Business Development team.

The Role:

As a Bid Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, compelling written content for healthcare tenders and proposals. You will work closely with subject matter experts, business development colleagues, and operational teams to craft persuasive responses that align with the client's needs and the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the development and writing of bids and proposals for healthcare contracts

· Translate complex information into clear, concise, and persuasive content

· Work collaboratively with internal teams to gather technical input and supporting documentation

· Ensure submissions are compliant with tender requirements and deadlines

· Maintain a library of standard content and bid templates

· Contribute to bid strategy meetings and post-bid reviews

About You:

· Proven experience as a Bid Writer, ideally within the healthcare or medical sector

· Strong understanding of NHS procurement processes and healthcare terminology

· Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

· Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and bid management tools

· Experience in a similar role
