Job summary

Care Outlook Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking Care Assistants to provide personal care, build meaningful relationships with clients, and deliver high-quality support across day and night shifts.

You will assist with daily living tasks, light housekeeping, and monitor and record changes in health status. The role offers training, NVQ options, pension and generous leave, with full-time and part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and supporting vulnerable adults preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate with a caring attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing etc.).
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to support daily living.
• Observe, monitor and record changes in health status and report to supervisors.

As a healthcare assistant, you will be providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

Examples of the client's needs you will be supporting with as a carer:

Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)

Performing light housekeeping tasks.

Observing, monitoring and record keeping.

Shifts available for Care Assistants:

07:00am - 15:00pm

15:00pm - 22:00pm

22:00pm - 07:00am
