Job summary

Prometheus Safe & Secure in the United Kingdom is seeking compassionate ambulance drivers to assist qualified nurses in the safe transfer of patients and to deliver dignified care. You will respond to emergencies, drive ambulances when needed, and complete handovers with accurate paperwork to ensure continuity of care.

The role involves safeguarding, mandatory training, and building strong relationships with patients and partner agencies in a fast-paced environment.

• Take part in mandatory training, meetings and reviews so your skills and knowledge stay up to date.
• Check vehicles and equipment before each journey, reporting any issues promptly so we can deliver safe and reliable service.
• Build positive relationships with patients, colleagues and partner agencies, promoting equality, diversity and respect in every interaction.
