Pulse Nursing at Home is a community care provider in the UK seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist a male client living with Locked-in Syndrome in his own home. The role includes personal care, medication administration, and managing clinical interventions, with driving duties in the community.

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based).
• Drivers required - Manual licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs including brain injuries, spinal injuries, physical disabilities, genetic and neurological conditions.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays if required.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting with their daily activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life. You will work closely with our client, their families, and other professionals to deliver person‑centered care and support.

In this role you will be supporting our male client within his own home, who is living with Locked in Syndrome. On shift you will be providing personal care, administering medications and managing our client’s clinical interventions (all training will be provided). To support our client’s hobbies and social interactions, we are looking for team members to be a driver and be happy to drive our client’s van in the community.
