Job summary

Medical Update Online is seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) and Support Workers to join our agency team and work across care homes. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents to help maintain their dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meals and hydration, safeguarding, and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow individual care plans and instructions from senior staff.
• Observe residents and report changes in their condition.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
• Follow safeguarding, infection-control and health & safety procedures.
• Work effectively with Senior Carers, Registered Nurses and other care staff.
• Promote residents' dignity, privacy and independence at all times.
