We are actively recruiting in your area to find Healthcare Assistants to join our ever-growing team working in Residential and nursing homes.

You would play a pivotal role in providing excellent support and care for clients, including personal care, assisting with medications, daily activities, and encouraging residents to lead a more fulfilled life.

Our shift patterns include early, late, long days, and night shifts. Our consultants will be happy to advise you on how this works if your application is successful.

Our new training scheme allows candidates with no previous experience to enter the healthcare sector, becoming high-standard Health Care Assistants. It’s an excellent way to start your career, with opportunities for progression and flexible working patterns, along with competitive rates.

Daily tasks of Health Care Assistants could include:

• Helping service users with personal tasks.
• Serving food and assisting with eating if needed.
• Changing sheets and making beds.
