We are recruiting Healthcare Assistants (HCA, SW, CSW) in Birmingham for ongoing roles in Nursing and Residential Homes, Supported Living settings, and other Care Assistant roles in Mental Health and Learning Disability sectors. Shifts include day, night, and weekends.

Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • At least 6 months of UK-based experience in the past two years
  • Comfortable working in Care Settings
  • Ideally experienced with Hoist use
Responsibilities
  • Monitoring health conditions (temperature, pulse, respirations, weight)
  • Assisting with moving and handling of care recipients
  • Providing personal care, including washing and hygiene
  • Serving meals and assisting with feeding
  • Ensuring comfort and showing compassion to those receiving care
