  • The Role:

  • Administer complex medications and interventions according to protocols
  • Operate and maintain life-saving equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and intravenous lines
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans
  • Respond rapidly to patient condition changes and initiate emergency procedures
  • Provide emotional support to patients and families, explaining treatments and addressing concerns
  • Maintain detailed records of patient care and interventions
  • Prioritize patient safety, infection control, and critical care best practices
