Position: Healthcare Assistant

We are partnered with a cutting-edge health technology company leading the future of healthcare by creating a preventative healthcare system where you will play a key operational role delivering a new clinical assessment model.

We are seeking passionate and ambitious Healthcare Assistants ready to support patients in reimagining the healthcare experience. Your responsibilities will include conducting various clinical assessments such as blood tests, diagnostic scans, and ECGs, providing individuals with early clinical insights as part of a consultation that offers personalized lifestyle change plans.

The Candidate:

1. Confident in phlebotomy with the ability to learn new clinical assessment techniques.
2. Thrives in a people-first environment, passionate about offering the highest quality service.
3. Enthusiastic about driving technological innovation in healthcare.
4. Flexible in working arrangements; clinics operate until 8pm on weekdays and from 8:30am to 5:30pm on Saturdays. Availability for occasional evenings and Saturdays is advantageous.

The Role:

1. Ensure patients have a smooth and memorable experience.
2. Perform clinical examinations including blood sampling, ECGs, eye pressure tests, and grip strength measurements.
3. Manage administrative documentation for patients.
4. Open to full-time or part-time, permanent or salaried roles.
