Cornerstone Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our award-winning team at Kitnocks House in the UK. You will provide person-centred care, support daily living activities, and work within a dedicated team:

We require at least 12 months’ UK care home experience and a passion for promoting dignity. Night shifts and a full-time pattern offer a rewarding role with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Are you a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant looking to make a genuine difference in people’s lives? Kitnocks House is looking for dedicated individuals with at least one year’s experience within a care home setting to join our award-winning team.

Our 63-bed home is made up of four specialised units, each providing high-quality, person-centred care for residents living with complex needs, including dementia, mental health conditions, or other neurological disorders. What You’ll Bring

• 12 months minimum experience working in nursing and/or care homes, as a healthcare assistant or similar role within the UK (essential)
• A genuine passion for helping others and promoting dignity and independence
• Emotional resilience and a steady head in challenging situations
• A positive team-focused attitude
• A caring, reliable, and positive attitude
• Willingness to undertake training and continuous professional development
• NVQ Level 2 or working towards it (desirable)

Your Working Pattern

• Night shift: 19:30 – 08:00
• Average: 40.25 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are quite the same as a Healthcare Assistant, but your main responsibilities will include:

• Support all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes, and social activities
• Promote independence, choice, and dignity in every interaction
• Observe and report on changes in residents’ health and well-being
