This is a permanent contract. The post requires flexibility to cover nights 19:30–08:00 and long days 07:30–20:00 on a rotational basis to deliver 24-hour nursing care.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in care setting preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good communication and empathy with patients.

Aufgaben

• Carry out care duties under indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse or Senior Healthcare Assistant.
• Support care on a day-to-day basis for all patients, respecting their rights and beliefs at all times.
• Contribute to resource management within the clinical area.
