Reeson Education is urgently seeking a Health Care Assistant to work in a special needs school located in the borough of Lewisham, near Catford.

Requirements:

• You must be able to commit to full-time work
• You must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship

This is a full-time position starting immediately. As a Health Care Assistant, you will work closely with children who have profound and multiple learning difficulties. The role will also include some teaching assistant responsibilities.

Your duties will include supporting the class teacher, manual handling and use of hoists, personal care, administering medication, and monitoring children’s progress and regression. You will support children at Key Stage 1 & 2 levels with multi-sensory lessons.

The working hours are from 8:30 am to 3:45 pm, Monday to Friday, during term time only.
