Nursery Nurse opportunities in Primary schools in Waltham Forest!

Are you a passionate and experienced Nursery Nurse seeking a fulfilling role in a Primary school EYFS setting? Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with Primary Schools and Nursery's in the borough of Waltham Forest to recruit dedicated and qualified Nursery Nurse's to work in the new academic year 2025/2026.

We are looking for predominantly full-time practitioners who thrive in a nurturing environment and may feel ready to take on the rewarding responsibility of being a key worker for a small group of children. Successful candidates will be expected to build strong relationships with children and their families, observe, and support each child's development, and contribute to the planning of engaging and age-appropriate learning opportunities in line with the EYFS framework. We work mainly with schools that require Early Year qualified staff such as Level 3 Nursery Nurses.

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurses who possess at least one year of experience working within an EYFS setting.

Ideally you will have:

• A sound understanding of child development
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential.
• Experience in tracking children's progress, supporting learning through play, and creating a warm, inclusive classroom environment will be highly valued.

Key Information:

• Position: Nursery Nurse
• Location: Waltham Forest
• Start Date: September 2025
• Working Hours: 30 to 36 hours per week, term time only
• Salary: Minimum 95 per day (PAYE)
• Contract: Full-time, long-term
